About Robert Ross:
Robert Ross moved to Montanita in 2011 from Los Angeles, California looking for a simpler life. In Los Angeles, while Robert was in the Financial Services industry, he used every vacation to travel extensively around the world looking warm water, incredible surf and a relaxed lifestyle. Robert eventually stumbled onto Montanita on a South American surf trip in 2005. After 12 years of searching and preparing, Robert decided that Montanita provided the perfect balance to start the next chapter of his life. Today, if he is not at the hotel Robert is driving the coast in search of waves for foiling, surfing or wind for wing foiling and kite surfing or spending time with his beautiful wife Jen and precious five children , Maddox (13) Naia (11) and Ceylon (5) and new born twins Kenan and Kaiana who were all born in Ecuador.
Moving to Montanita is a dream come true for Robert and looking forward to sharing his excitement and local knowledge with visitors to the ME Hotel and Montanita Estates!

Montanita Estates and the ME Hotel are located on a hill overlooking town directly across from the main entrance to Montanita.
As you arrive in Montanita and pass the police station look for the ME signs just before the main entrance marked by our sign 100 meters before the main entrance to Montanita and Arrival bus stop.
Montanita Estates accepts check in's 24 hours a day, however if you are going to arrive after 11 pm please send an email to info@montanitaestates.com with arrival time estimate. Please check-in at reception or the bar by the main pool. Parking is immediately in front of reception.
