The Suites reside in the ME hotel's second building, Cloudbreak, and are 50 meters from both Montanita Estates' two pools and restaurant.  The Suites are a 30 second walk from Montanita's bars and restaurants and 2 minute walk to the beach.

Price includes 4 people and access to all ME Hotel amenities including pools, jacuzzis, gym and children's playgrounds. 

Price based on occupancy of 4 people. Each additional person is $20 with max of 6. Seasonal rates may apply for holidays.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy - Reservation is 100% refundable until 30 days prior to arrival after which a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded. Reservations during holidays are NON-REFUNDABLE.  During stay a deposit of one day's rate is required for damages and incidentals which will refunded upon departure.
