The Suites are a 30 second walk from Montanita's bars and restaurants and 2 minute walk to the beach.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy - Reservation is 100% refundable until 30 days prior to arrival after which a $200 cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded. Reservations during holidays are NON-REFUNDABLE.  During stay a deposit of one day's rate is required for damages and incidentals which will refunded upon departure.
