The Laguna Lofts are our latest design perfect for smaller families and long term guests.  They are 2 stories with 500 sq/ft and a kitcchenette with private gardens for small pets.   Guests can walk to town and the beach in just 30 seconds or choose to lounge at Montanita Estates pool, jacuzzi and tropical garden. Every room includes SmartTV​ and Wifi and is furnished with either a King size bed and two twins.

Price is for up to 4 people includes and access to all ME Hotel amenities including pools, jacuzzis, gym and children's playgrounds. .

Cancellation/Deposit Policy - Reservation is 100% refundable until 30 days prior to arrival after which a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded. Reservations during holidays are NON-REFUNDABLE.  During stay a deposit of one day's rate is required for damages and incidentals which will refunded upon departure.
