Our ME3 building sits just in front of the ME Hotel's second pool and jacuzzi and is perfect for guests that like to be just in front of the hotel amenities. Guests can walk to town and the beach from both buildings in just 30 seconds or choose to lounge at Montanita Estates pool, jacuzzi and tropical garden. Every room includes DirecTv and Wifi and is furnished with either a King size bed or two twins.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy - Reservation is 100% refundable until 30 days prior to arrival after which a $200 cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded. Reservations during holidays are NON-REFUNDABLE. During stay a deposit of one day's rate is required for damages and incidentals which will refunded upon departure.
