Cerbe SA is owned by Christian Graff who lives in the Montanita area 
and has been in the Guayaquil/Montanita area his whole life.  Christian also spent time living in the US and Europe so understands US/Western clients requirements for budgeting, timelines and communication.  Christian is hands on approach means him and his team of architects and builders are onsite everyday.  Christian and his staff are bilingual.
